2. Marketplace Platform Nature
HyderabadWOW acts as an online intermediary directory and classifieds platform connecting buyers and sellers across the Hyderabad metropolitan region. HyderabadWOW does not own, manufacture, store, or inspect goods listed in the marketplace and is not a party to transactions executed between buyers and sellers.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
- You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date contact and business details.
- You agree not to post counterfeit items, illegal products, stolen goods, or misleading commercial advertisements.
- All listings are subject to administrative moderation and approval before publication.
4. Prohibited Activities & Termination
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts and listings violating our Prohibited Items Policy or engaging in fraudulent activity.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
