Refund & Cancellation Policy
Covers sponsored directory tiers, promoted classifieds, and digital marketing services.
1. Free Directory & Marketplace Listings
Standard business listings, free classified ad posts, and standard lead inquiries on HyderabadWOW are completely free of charge. No payment or cancellation applies to free tier services.
2. Paid Subscriptions & Featured Promotions
For paid business promotion tiers (Featured, Growth, and Verified Badges):
- Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops subsequent billing cycles.
- Refund Eligibility: If your paid listing cannot be activated due to administrative rejection or technical failure on our part, a 100% full refund is issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios: Subscriptions that have already gone live and received promotional impressions or leads are non-refundable for the elapsed duration.
3. Marketplace Transactions Between Users
Payments made between individual buyers and sellers for goods (mobiles, cars, electronics, furniture) occur directly between the parties. HyderabadWOW does not hold funds in escrow and is not liable for transaction reversals or dispute settlements between peer parties.
4. Refund Request Process
To submit a billing inquiry or refund request, contact our billing team at billing@hyderabadwow.com with your Order ID and business details.
