Community & Review Guidelines
Principles that ensure reviews and community interactions on HyderabadWOW remain genuine, helpful, and respectful.
1. Authentic First-Hand Experiences
Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand customer interactions with the business. Fake reviews, competitor sabotage, employee-written praise, or paid endorsements are strictly prohibited and automatically removed.
2. Constructive & Respectful Feedback
We encourage honest opinions whether positive or critical. However, harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or defamatory attacks against business staff will not be tolerated. Focus on specifics such as service quality, timeliness, and pricing.
3. Privacy & Personal Information
Do not post personal phone numbers, private home addresses, Aadhaar/PAN details, or photographs of individuals without their explicit consent in public reviews.
